New client communication and pet portal services coming soon!
We have listened to your feedback and have decided to make a change for the best! We are switching our client communication and pet portal services. We ask for your patienceover the next couple or weeks during this transition.
With our new service, you will have an easier way to access your pets records, request prescriptions, schedule appointments online, and have friendlier reminders.

We are selling Hope T-Shirts! All of the proceeds will go towards our Hope 1212 Fund. We have a range of sizes from small to xxx large, and they come in green or white!

Illinois Harvest Super Saturday

Illinois State Museum,

Museum admission: $5 for adults ages 19-64; free admission for members, youth, seniors, military, and veterans 
The harvest in Illinois marks the coming of fall. Families can learn about the Illinois harvest through crafts, games, and more. Create your own bean mosaic, get creative with fruit and vegetable stamping, and learn about historic harvest in Illinois through an interactive game.
Super Saturdays offer thematic activities recommended for children ages 5 and up each month. Activities take 30-40 minutes to complete and are included with Museum admission. Parents and families are encouraged to participate.
Where Can I Help?
Make a difference and volunteer with Sojourn Shelter.
• Provide a meal for our shelter residents (max of 32)
• Assist in sorting donations, organizing shelter items, taking inventory
• Prepare client rooms for new families coming to shelter
• Answer general phone lines, answer door, receive donations
• Monitor shelter through periodic “house checks”
• Work in our shelter office answering the hotline.
• Sponsor holiday activities and/or donations 
• Assist with end of the month birthday/outcome celebration events
• Provide special activity for the children (crafts, etc.)
• Trim bushes, pull weeds, water flowers, landscaping
• Paint
